In this introduction to Usui Reiki, you’ll learn how trauma and energy intersect, how to use Reiki as a daily tool for self-regulation and grounding, and how to begin cultivating a healing presence for yourself and others.
You’ll walk away with:

Expanding your practice with care, consent, and clarity
This level is for those who are ready to begin offering Reiki to others whether personally or professionally while learning to honor safety, sovereignty, and scope of practice.
You’ll explore:
✔️ How to offer Reiki at a distance and in-person
✔️ How to apply Reiki ethically with clients, family, or in professional settings
✔️ Trauma-sensitive communication, boundaries, and consent
✔️ How to recognize signs of stress and dissociation
✔️ Reiki symbols and their practical, compassionate use
You’ll receive a Trauma-Sensitive Reiki 2 Certification and the skills to practice Reiki in a way that supports you and those you serve.
✨ Must have Reiki 1 certification. CEUs available for eligible professionals.
Embodied leadership in a time that needs grounded healers
This advanced Reiki Master training is about becoming a steward of safe, ethical energy work. It’s for those who feel called to deepen their personal mastery, support others, or even teach Reiki themselves — with full integrity and trauma-informed presence. This is a 2 day class available in person and virtual.
You’ll explore:
✔️ The six symbols and advanced energy techniques
✔️ Trauma-informed teaching and mentorship principles
✔️ Creating safe group spaces for healing and learning
✔️ How to support clients with clarity and care
✔️ Ritual, attunement, and community-building
You’ll leave with your Reiki Master Certification, ready to walk this path as a mentor or deeply embodied practitioner.
To become a Reiki Master Teacher, that will be taught individually and customized to your needs. You’ll receive materials and certificates that you can adapt.
