From here we identify goals and objectives which address the areas needed for your personalized transformational journey. Throughout your journey you will feel supported and empowered as we walk step by step through the changes you are making in your life.

As a Holistic Counselor and Wellness Coach I create a supportive and confidential environment that will enable you to achieve your overall health goals one step at a time to reduce overwhelm and frustration. I have studied the major dietary and psychology theories and use strength-based and motivational counseling methods to guide you in making sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. We begin with a thorough health history of your physical, nutrition, relationships, and stress levels.

As a Holistic Counselor, I create a supportive and confidential environment that will enable you to achieve your holistic health goals one step at a time to reduce overwhelm and frustration. I have studied the major dietary and psychology theories and use strength-based and motivational counseling methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

In regards to mind-body practices I focus on bio-individuality, finding the best healthy eating plans and lifestyle that works for you and your body. You will experiment with various foods and diets that fit your needs in a pleasurable and flexible way without stressing about counting carbs or calories or what is the latest fad diet.

From our initial consultation we will identify specific goals which we will break down into manageable chunks and celebrate each accomplishment while receiving support; as well as being held accountable in a loving and firm manner. I will empower and assist in your personal transformation by providing an integrative healing program through a holistic system of physical, emotional, spiritual, nutritional, and mental balance.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, improving your relationships, increasing sleep, reducing stress, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health at your own pace. I will offer resources that will support you each step of the way and supportive conversations.

I believe each person has unique and lifestyle needs. What works for one person may not work for another based on his/her body type and food tastes. Fad diets are quick solutions towards one goal yet fail in long-standing lifestyle management because of a person’s inability to grasp why it is working for him/her internally and if it is too challenging to manage. Within this theory, I will encourage you to make healthy changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral/ethnic background.

Primary Food™

A balanced lifestyle stems from an interconnection of healthy relationships, passionate and satisfying work, healthy eating, feeling confident and loving about oneself, physical activity, and continued growth through spiritual awareness. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. Together we will identify your strengths and challenges within these systems and attain the goals you discover are going to assist you in becoming healthy and happy.

7 Systems of Health and the Whole Detox™

You’ll receive support as you learn about Whole Detox which is a full-spectrum approach to removing all toxic barriers to your health – not just the food ones. Depending on your goals we may go through the 21 day program or incorporate portions of it within our program. Focus of the Whole Detox and Stress Release program is to  make sure you bring in the foods, activities, relationships, and thoughts that help you thrive and be nourished!

Throughout our program we look at the other toxic barriers – stuck emotions, unsupportive relationships, negative thoughts, lack of movement and flow, inability to speak one’s truth, poor sleep and brain fog, and feeling disconnected and depressed. You’ll incorporate more color into your life through food, clothing, nature, and so much more.
